PAMM Fee Structure

PAMM managers on Amabit earn commissions through one of two models: Success Fee (charged on profits) or Management Fee (charged on managed capital). The commission type is set by the manager when creating the PAMM account.

Commission Types

Success Fee (0–50%)

The manager earns a percentage of the net profit generated for each member.

  • Fee is charged only when there is profit — no profit means no fee
  • Uses a high watermark (HWM): after a losing period, the manager must recover past losses before earning fees again. The fee is only charged on profit above the previous peak
  • Accrued continuously and settled once per billing cycle
  • The rate is set between 0% and 50%

Management Fee (0–2% monthly)

The manager earns a percentage of the total managed capital (NAV) regardless of trading performance.

  • The rate you see is a monthly rate (0–2%)
  • Calculated daily based on Net Asset Value and prorated over the billing period
  • Charged regardless of profit or loss
  • Settled once per billing cycle

Billing Cycles

The manager selects a billing cycle when creating the PAMM. This determines how often commissions are settled and paid:

CycleSettlement day
DailyEvery day
WeeklyEvery Sunday
Bi-weeklyEvery other Sunday
MonthlyLast day of each month

All settlements occur automatically at 00:05 UTC.

Examples

Success Fee Example

A manager has 20% Success Fee with a Monthly billing cycle.

If the PAMM generates $1,000 profit in a month:

  • Manager receives: $200 (20% of $1,000)
  • Members share: $800 proportionally based on their allocations

If the PAMM has a loss in a month:

  • Manager receives: $0
  • Losses are distributed proportionally to members
  • The high watermark means the manager must recover the loss before earning fees again

Management Fee Example

A manager has 1% monthly Management Fee with a Monthly billing cycle.

If the PAMM has $100,000 NAV at the end of the month:

  • Manager receives: ~$1,000 (1% of $100,000)
  • This fee is charged regardless of whether the PAMM was profitable

No Hidden Fees

  • No extra trading fees — Standard Binance commissions apply
  • No connection fee — Connecting to a PAMM is free
  • No disconnection fee — Withdrawing from a PAMM has no additional charge
