Managing PAMM Members
As a PAMM Manager, you have a dedicated dashboard for managing your connected members, processing withdrawal requests, and tracking commissions.

Members Tab
The Members tab shows all users currently connected to your PAMM:

| Member | Account identifier of the connected member |
| Current Value | Current USD value of their position |
| Connected Amount | Original amount they allocated |
| Portfolio % | Their share of the total pool |
| ROI | Return on their connected amount |
You can view individual member statistics to see their historical performance within your PAMM.
Redeeming Member Funds

As a manager, you can proactively return funds to a member without waiting for a withdrawal request. Click Redeem next to any member in the Members tab:
- The Redeem Funds dialog shows the member's account and available balance
- Enter the amount to return (or click All to redeem the full balance)
- Click Continue to process the redemption
- The funds are returned to the member's wallet
Withdrawal Requests
When a member submits a withdrawal request, it appears in the Withdrawal Requests tab with a badge showing the number of pending requests.
For each request you can:
Accept
- Review the request details (member, amount, date)
- Click Accept
- Confirm — the funds are returned to the member's wallet
Reject
- Review the request
- Click Reject
- Optionally add a note explaining the reason
- Confirm — the member is notified and their funds remain in the PAMM
Withdrawal History
The Withdrawal History tab shows all processed requests:
- Accepted, rejected, and cancelled requests
- Amount and date
- Manager notes (if any)
Commissions
The Commissions tab tracks your earned fees:
- Commission transaction history
- Amount earned per billing cycle
- Commission type (Success Fee)
If a commission collection fails, you'll receive an alert notification.

- Process withdrawal requests promptly — Timely responses build trust
- Provide clear reasons for rejections — Members appreciate transparency
- Monitor your AUM — Track how your total managed capital changes over time
- Maintain consistent performance — Your track record is your best marketing tool
